Ripe was engaged by Helen’s European Cuisine not only as its appointed marketing and advertising agency, but also as a its fully integrated marketing team. Ripe became a true extension of the Helen’s day-to-day operation providing marketing, digital, and creative services to help take the business forward and continue to grow the bottom line.

Shortly after commencement, it was recognised that for Helen’s to continue to grow in the highly competitive and everevolving B2B food service industry, a thorough brand review and detailed marketing plan was required to ensure correct positioning and seamless marketing/branding alignment. All of this needed to be achieved within the confines of a limited budget

The Result

Ripe assisted Helen’s with uncovering its unique selling point that then enabled the business to become more single minded on its brand proposition. As a result of Ripe’s marketing strategies, Helen’s reported an overall revenue increase of 5% in the first year, its most successful new product launch ever, its highest number of catering orders for the Christmas period, and following its new website launch, a site traffic and time on site increase of more than 300%
